The Worst Best Place To Live In America
An 8-mile walk through my city of contrasts reconfirms why it's time to say goodbye
Normally, I’d share the dozen or so photos in today’s article on Instagram. But I have largely stopped doing that. Social media looks and feels more dysfunctional, disconnected and disingenuous than ever. Outside of my partner and daughter, the first group I think about sharing my day-to-day experience with is this one.
The 8-mile walk I took through the heart of Los Angeles on Sunday perfectly illustrates my experience with and feelings towards this city.
The worst best place to live in America.
You might want to follow this route and make the same stops—or not—if you visit Los Angeles. As my images and observations detail, it’s certainly not for the faint of heart.
