I plan to visit Europe and the UK a few more times before I venture back across Canada's southern border to the USA. It feels like fresh air to travel around countries where Donald J Trump and his antics are NOT the lead story in every news broadcast.
A couple of comments overheard in the clubhouse restaurant last night here where we live in Pearl Valley, South Africa:
“Only 11% of Americans have passports”
“When my parents were in America they were asked where they came from. When they said South Africa, they were asked if they were actually roads there.”
