I will chronicle each process, which, so far have been and should continue to be straightforward, even with a small snafu regarding my wife’s TIE. It’s the type of snafu that the people who lament Spain’s “terrible bureaucracy” misconstrue as bungling inefficiency when it’s actually the exact opposite.
