A few days ago, when I wrote this I had additional thoughts—

In other words, Spain isn’t a panacea, but it’s the logical place to take what I know about myself and what I know I like and elevate it all—practically and psychologically—to the next level. A level that’s an impossibility in our present setting and situation.

There’s also thinking about the alternative. Staying in Los Angeles would feel—especially now—a lot like selling yourself short. As in, sure this can feel scary or otherwise weird at times, but the prevailing feeling is that if we don’t do this, we’re not living our lives to the fullest.
