This week, we’re headed to the hot yoga studio to see about signing up. After doing hot yoga in Los Angeles—minimum—four to five times a week, it feels strange in more ways than one to have not done a single class for nearly two months.

The studio we have been eyeing for more than two years now—LOL—sent us a nice Instagram message in reply to our inquiry. So, we’ll take the 12-minute walk over and—most likely—do some sort of trial before committing to an annual membership.

The effects of not doing hot yoga help illustrate the effects of moving abroad that I am feeling. I anticipated experiencing much of this. So it feels not quite surreal, but something like that to watch them happen in real time, in real life.
