  • It’s one thing to be established in a city like LA. It’s entirely another to move here today, starting from scratch.

To do that—and live a comfortable life not consumed with work and making money—requires wealth or constant, aggressive cash flow. This we had to stop it shortly after we started it breakdown of your startup and ongoing costs to move to/live in Los Angeles details what I mean by constant, aggressive cash flow and helps explain why Melisse and I have 18 toes out the door.
