I was intrigued by a reader who frequently comments on my Medium articles. He moved from Spain to Denmark—an odd migration pattern. It might be the only case in the world of someone going from the U.S. Midwest to Madrid, then Barcelona, and finally Copenhagen.
What follows is an unedited email he sent me in January.
